February 1942 - “Spetszheshartstroy” administration was established, construction of the mill began. The mill was put into operation in 1946.
Russian Timber Processing Company. We combine three production sites in the Russian Federation: Zheshartsky Plywood Mill (Komi Republic), timber processing mill in Balezino settlement (Udmurtia), veneer production mill in Podosinovetz settlement (Kirov region), as well as “Lesplittorg” Trading Company (Moscow) and distribution company in Riga (Latvia).

1960
1960 — the first 1240 cubic meters of plywood were shipped for export.
1972
October 25, 1972 — the millionth cubic meter of plywood was manufactured.
1975
May 6, 1975 — Zheshartsky Plywood factory got the status of the mill (ZPK) according to the Decree of the USSR Ministry of Forest Industry No. 118.
2001
2001 — the profile of the mill started changing for manufacturing of 5×10 and 4×8 feet plywood.

2019 – Production modernization

All products have passed the environmental safety assessment and have the formaldehyde emission class E1
