February 1942 - “Spetszheshartstroy” administration was established, construction of the mill began. The mill was put into operation in 1946.

We combine three production sites in the Russian Federation: Zheshartsky Plywood Mill (Komi Republic), timber processing mill in Balezino settlement (Udmurtia), veneer production mill in Podosinovetz settlement (Kirov region), as well as “Lesplittorg” Trading Company (Moscow).

1960
1960 — the first 1240 cubic meters of plywood were shipped for export.
1972
October 25, 1972 — the millionth cubic meter of plywood was manufactured.
1975
May 6, 1975 — Zheshartsky Plywood factory got the status of the mill (ZPK) according to the Decree of the USSR Ministry of Forest Industry No. 118.
2001
2001 — the profile of the mill started changing for manufacturing of 5×10 and 4×8 feet plywood.

2019 – Production modernization

All products have passed the environmental safety assessment and have the formaldehyde emission class E1
